Matthew F. Beninato

Matthew F. Beninato 74 of Danville passed away at 8:45 a.m. Friday May 6, 2005 at his home. He was born December 17, 1930 in Oliphant, PA the son of Sebastian and Mary Shillea Beninato. He married Marjorie Wasson on October 6, 1951 in Golconda, IL she preceded him March 12, 1995. Surviving are; one son Sabie (Grace) Beninato of Danville, a daughter Toni (Terry) Goelz of Danville, one sister Jean (Pat) Valenza of Oliphant, PA, five grandchildren; Allison and ross Beninato both of Danville, Matthew, Mallory and Mackenzie Goelz all of Danville. Matthew was preceded in death by his parents. He had retired from First Midwest Bank in Danville, Matthew was a member of St. Pauls Catholic Church and held memberships with the Knights of Columbus, American Legion post 210 and the Moose Lodge 1001. Matthew had served in the U.S. Army, loved the game of golf and spending time with his family.
