Mary M. Mcbride

Danville- Mary Maxine McBride, 78, of Danville passed away at 1:19 AM on Monday, July 26, 2010 at her residence. She was born in Danville on October 31, 1931 to Francis Marion and Hattie Sylvia Kennedy Baughman. She married Thomas William McBride on April 29, 1949. Surviving are daughter Laura Flores; brother Kemp Baughman; 3 sisters Evelyn Yowell, Dorothy Starks, and Bonnie Gillis; 3 grandchildren Lori (J.R.) Sizemore, Jon (Michele) Stuebe, and Edrick McBride; great grandchildren Erika, Kyle, Princess, Kacy, and Bubby; and great-great grandson Landon. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, son Thomas Keith McBride and several brothers and sisters. Mary was always ready to take in everyone elses kids, and always treated them like her own. A graveside service for Mary McBride will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, July 29, 2010 at Spring Hill Cemetery in Danville. Pastor John Cummins will officiate.
