Mary Lou Rose

URBANA - Mary W. Rose, 64, of Urbana passed away May 1st, 2023, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL.

Mary is survived by her husband, Scott Rose of Urbana, IL., daughter, Kelly of Wauconda, IL., and brother, Ronald Klerk de Reus II of Wilton, IA. She was preceded in death by her mother, Thea Schoonover and father, Ronald Klerk de Reus I.

Cremation rites have been accorded at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 710 N. Neil St., Champaign, IL. 61820.

A private family gathering to share and commemorate her passing will be scheduled at a later date.

Her family would like to thank the Oncology staff at Carle, the Doctors, Nurses, and Health Care Techs that provided care and comfort through her journey with cancer.
