Mary Lou Meadows

Mary Lou Meadows, 91, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at Pleasant Meadows in Chrisman, IL. She was born on September 14, 1928, the daughter of Letha (Taylor) and George Gale in Paris, IL. They precede her in death.

Also preceding Mary Lou in death include her husband, Robert Meadows; and one sister, Margie Sanders.

Mary Lou leaves behind her two children, Jim Meadows and Carla Hall; grandchildren, Lea and Trenton Hall; and one brother, Jerry Gale.

Mary Lou was a big supporter in the American Legion and volunteered at the VA for many years. She was an avid bowler and loved to bake. Most of all Mary Lou loved her family. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother; she will be missed by her family.

Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St. Danville, Illinois 61834 has been entrusted with arrangements. Per Mary Lou's wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.
