MARY JANE OSBORN Mary Jane Osborn, 80, of Danville, went to be with the Lord at 4:40a.m. on Sunday, July 4, 2004 at her son Jame's home in Danville. She was born December 12, 1923 in Sidell, IL, the daughter of Frank W. and Lida M. (Green) Cox. She married Earl H. Osborn on December 23, 1947 in Danville. She is survived by: 2 Sons: James R. (Priscilla) Osborn of Danville and Earl R. Osborn of Danville. 2 Grandchildren: Scott (Crystal) Osborn of Sidell, IL and Jeff (Michelle) Osborn of Huntington, IN. 4 Great-Grandchildren: Courtney, Trevor, Alex and Alexis. 2 Brothers: Arley Raymond (Helen) Cox of Muskegon, MI and Eric E. (Marcia) Cox of Onalaska, WI; 2 Sisters: Della Mae Kees of Georgetown and Alice M. (Fred) Hall of Westville. She was preceded in death by: her Parents; Husband: Earl H. Osborn on September 3, 1989; 1 Sister: Violet Faye Binkley and 1 Brother: William R. Cox. Mary Jane graduated from Sidell High School in 1941. She was employed in sales for Carson Pierre Scott Company. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Danville, member of Gleaners Sunday school class, and Lydia Circle. She loved to read and enjoyed writing poems. Mary Jane loved her whole family with all her heart, and will be deeply missed.
