Mary Hull, 74, of Danville passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at the Hawthorne Inn of Danville. Mary was born on August 5, 1936 in Lansing, Michigan daughter of Lewie and Mildred (Graham) Hull. Survivors include sister Arlene Hall; nieces: Marcia (Michael) Reese, Rebecca Hull, Brenda (Cliff) Hull, Lisa Hull, and Candy (Mychael) Luighibiel; nephew Lewie (Michele) Hull, four great nephews and her beloved Siamese cats Buddy & Missy. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers Richard, Douglas, and William. Mary graduated from Rodney B. Wilson High School in St. Johns, Michigan and received her degree in occupational therapy from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. She worked in the mental health field in Traverse City, Michigan; Little Rock, Arkansas, and Danville, Illinois. Mary had numberous talents in arts & crafts, decorating, and loved antiques. Her strong faith and witness brought her to her Ridgeview Baptist Church family where she was an active member. She was a Red Hat lady and belonged to or supported many local organizations. A Celebration of Marys Life will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, June 4, 2011 at Ridgeview Baptist Church with Pastor Mark Keyser officiating . Sunset Funeral Home & Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home 3940 N. Vermilion St. Danville, IL will be in charge of the service. Following the service, he will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery in Lansing, Michigan. In lieu of flowers please make memorials to Ridgeview Baptist Church or the Danville Humane Society.
