Mary C. Pate

Tilton Mary C. Pate, 73, of Tilton passed away at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana on June 4, 2020 at 3:50 PM.

Mary was born on February 25, 1947 the daughter of Melborn and Clara (Drew) Watson in Danville, IL.

Mary is survived by her son, Rodnie Pate of Tilton, her daughter, Kristi Foster of Tilton and a daughter Cindy, two grandchildren, Kamie Foster of Indianapolis, IN and Kayla Foster of Indianapolis, IN as well as 10 great grandchildren.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, twin girls, Amy and Jamie Watson, granddaughter, Kimberly George and grandson, Cameron Kilbury.

Mary was a CNA for many years and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, going to the drive-in movies, antique cars, and cooking for her family.

A private, family-only graveside service will be held in Sunset Memorial Park on Friday June 12, 2020 at 10:00 AM. Miles Clark will officiate. Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St. Danville, Illinois 61834 is assisting the family with arrangements.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
