Marshal Zillman died peacefully in his sleep at Bowman Estates, where he was a resident for several years.
Born on March 10, 1949 in Danville, Illinois, Marshal went to Schlarman Academy where he was active in the drama club. After graduation he attended Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington/Florence, Italy. Marshal was an avid reader and was well known in the Danville library. Marshal was a member of the St. James United Methodist Church.
Marshal is survived by his brothers, Tevis (Colleen) Zillman and Marcus (Dr. Kathy Clark) Zillman; as well as several nieces, Thamar Zillman, Kelly (Brett) Wasko, Kathryn (Matt) Camusso, Wendy Martinez, Molly (Gary) Kaplan, Bonnie (Troy) Jones; and nephews, Rev. Marcus (Rebecca) Zillman II, Russell Guin Zillman, Colfax Zillman , and Andrew (Tracey) Zillman.
A private family virtual celebration of life service will be held at a future date.
