Marsha L. Morris

Marsha L. Morris, 77, of Williamsport, formerly of Georgetown, IL, passed away at 9:00 AM on January 28, 2025.

Marsha was born on February 6, 1947 the daughter of Merle and Maureen (Watson) Mockbee in Danville, IL. She married Billy Morris on August 23, 1974 in Georgetown, IL and he preceded her in death on December 20, 2015.

Survivors include her daughter, Nora (Jeff) Clem of Williamsport, IN, grandson, Duncan Clem of Williamsport, IN, step grandchildren, Phillip (Emily) Clem of Carmel, IN, and Joel (Kate) Clem of Carmel, IN, step great grandchildren, Rory, Oliver and Ava Clem, as well as her brother, Michael Mockbee of Potomac, IL and several nieces and nephews.

Marsha is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Billy Morris, one brother, Mark Morris and sister-in-law, Brenda Mockbee.

Marsha retired from TeePak and enjoyed spending her free time watching movies, following politics, working on arts and crafts, enjoyed her cats and taking care of her grandson, Duncan.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00 PM on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St. Danville, IL 61834.

Memorials may be made in Marsha’s memory to Furball Farm Cat Sanctuary in Rice County, MN located at 3405 2200 Street East, Faribault, MN 55021.
