Marjorie Spesard

Marjorie Ann Spesard, 89, of Ridge Farm, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on October 9, 2019. She was born to Louis and Floy (Bradfield) Mosier of Indianola on August 8, 1930. Marjorie was married to Wilbur Spesard on February 4, 1950. He survives.

She also leaves behind eight children, Terri (Jay) Tate, Kathy (Gary) Knall, Michael (Roseann) Spesard, Jane (Lon) Gardner, Karen Rhodes (deceased), Sonna (Scott) Rodgers, Lisa (Russell) Akers, and Steven (Mendy) Spesard; 14 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and her sister, Marilyn Ellis.

Marjorie was a strong Christian woman and influenced all her family and others who came in contact with her to share the love of Jesus. She attended Ridge Farm Church of Christ. She was known for her caring heart and love for everyone. She will be dearly missed.

A celebration of Marjories life will be held at 11:00am, Tuesday, October 15, 2019, at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Georgetown, located at 200 E West Street. Visitation will be held from 10:00am to 11:00am on Tuesday prior to her service at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest in Crown Hill Cemetery. Memorial donations may be given in her name to Ridge Farm Church of Christ for Oblongs Childrens Home.
