Marissa 'Marcy' Lynn Weller

Marissa Marcy Lynn Weller Marissa Marcy Lynn Weller, 47, of Danville, passed away at 5:58 pm on Monday, March 24, 2008 at her residence. Marcy was born on May 10, 1960, the daughter of Richard W. and Annis Nadeane (Claypool) Weller. They survive. Other survivors include one brother, John R. Weller of North Carolina, three sisters Melinda A. (Mike) Pollock of Danville, Melissa (Michael Butch) Moore of Carthage, and Megan (Greg) Weddle of Indianapolis, nephews Michael (Tina), Jade (Kathy), Brian (Adrienne), Robbie, Brett, Brad (Miranda), Dakota, Nick, John Garrett, and Sam, one niece Amy (Corey), great niece and nephew, Delaney and Little Nick, and fiance Don J. Elliott of Danville. Marcy was a caring and good-natured woman who loved to help those who needed it the most. She loved animals of all kinds and would often draw her favorites, if she could remember where she placed her pencil. Her family and those who knew her loved Marcy Grin, and she will be truly missed by all she touched. A celebration of the life of Marissa Marcy Lynn Weller will be held at Sunset Funeral Home located at 3940 N. Vermilion St. in Danville on Friday, March 28, 2008 at 11 am, with visitation being held from 9 to 11 am prior to the service. Rev. Richard Sullins will be officiating. Interment will be immediately following the service at Sunset Memorial Park. Memorials in Marcys name may be made to Franklin House or Crosspoints.
