Marion Taylor

Marion F. Taylor, 67, of Danville, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Carle Hospital. Marion was born August 14, 1949, in Danville to Marion and Lois (Grant) Taylor. He married JoAnne Bradley on June 30, 1984 in Tilton, IL, she survives. Marion is also survived by his children Tony (Colleen) Taylor, Robert Phillips, Keri (Chris Hunt) Taylor, Tina Phillips, and Theresa Addis, 21 Grandchildren and 25 Great-Grandchildren. Also surviving include his sister Diane (John) Williams and his special friends Kenny and Kathy Divan. He was preceded in death by his parents. Marion was a hardworking man. He worked as a Hyster driver for General Motors retiring after 30 years. One of his passions was motorcycles, whether it was riding or working on them. He was a loving husband, father, and a good friend. Visitation will be held from 4-7pm on Thursday April 13, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center at 3940 N. Vermillion St. in Danville.
