Marilyn S. Whorrall

Marilyn S. Whorrall, 75, of Ridge Farm, passed away at 7:03am, Monday, December 11, 2017, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana. She was born the daughter of Carl and Marie {Stovall} Ward on April 25, 1942, in Danville. On March 18, 1960, she was united in marriage to Wayne Whorrall, who was the love of her life. She is survived by: her husband, Wayne; her son, Wayne Whorrall of Ridge Farm; her daughter, Carla (Robert) Johnson of Ridge Farm; her very special sister-in-law, Teresa Clapp; her 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and one soon-to-be great-great grandchild. Marilyn loved to care for her family and home. She enjoyed cross-stitch and crocheting. She was also known to love to dance. She loved her animals. Marilyn's family meant the world to her and they will miss her in their lives. A celebration of Marilyn's life will be held at 6:00pm, Thursday, December 14, 2017, at Sunset's Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home, 200 E. West Street, Georgetown.
