DANVILLE - Marilyn Kay Punky Ceader, 40, of Danville passed away at 10:27pm on Thursday, April 19, 2007 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana after a lengthy battle with Diabetes. Marilyn was born on April 12, 1967, in Danville, the Daughter of John and Mary Lou (Turpin) Ceader. Marilyn married Steve Zaayer on October 19, 1985. Of this marriage was a born a daughter, Danielle Rae Zaayer. Marilyn is survived and will be missed by: her mother, Mary Lou (Darrell) Sigler of Danville; her father, John A Ceader of Danville; her brother, Larry Anderson (Teresa Ritchie) of Westville; her sister, Debbie (Jim) Blankenship of Decatur, AL; her two uncles, Jim (Maria) Ceader of Westville, Stan Ceader of Westville; her two aunts, Maureen Ceader of a Westville and Donna Ceader of Georgetown. Marilyn will also be missed by: her nephew, J.L. (Michelle) Anderson; 3 nieces, Patricia Harris, Tisha (Kelly) Scott, and Kristi Jo (Heath) Steele; her four great-nephews; and five great nieces. Her infant daughter, maternal and paternal grandparents, 3 uncles, and one cousin precede Marilyn in death. She attended Danville school of Cosmetology and made a career in this field. Marilyn was a very caring and loving person who enjoyed life, family and friends to the fullest. She always looked for the sunny day and sent sunshine on to her loved ones. She enjoyed various crafts, shopping and spending time with family and friends, and her precious dog, Bullitt. A celebration of the life of Marilyn is scheduled for 11:30am on Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at Sunset-Urbas Funeral Chapel in Westville. Final resting place will be at Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, April 23, 2007 from 6-8pm at the funeral home with a Rosary beginning at 7:30pm. Memorial condolences may be made in Marilyn names to the American Diabetes Foundation.
