Jeanne grew up loving horses and was a champion barrel racer. She enjoyed her time as a beautician and raising her four sons and granddaughter as well as many in her neighborhood. She would always be first in line to help with extracurricular activities, even stepping in as a coach when needed. (She was always the sideline coach, and you knew when she was letting you know what you should be doing.)
She cherished her twenty-seven years spent with her love, Roger Liggett and three stepchildren. She enjoyed riding in the big truck and traveling through the smokey mountains. Jeanne also loved 4H events and horse shows, gardening, flowers, and spending time with her grandkids.
Per Jeannes wishes she has been donated to medical science for future study of the rare diseases mentioned below. A Memorial service will take place at a later date once future study and cremation are complete.
Memorial donation may be made in Jeannes name to the Cure HHT Foundation, NORD National Organization for Rare Disorders, or the Arthritis Foundation.
