Marie T. Mahoney

Perrysville, Ind. - Marie T. Mahoney, 81, of Perrysville and formerly of Cayuga, passed away at 8:54 a.m. EDT Sunday, March 18, 2018 at her son's home in Covington.

She was born October 23, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of the late Russell and Bertha Ahner Nagel. She married Michael J. Mahoney on April 16, 1955 in Chicago, Illinois. He preceded her in death on August 31, 2011.

Survivors include her children, John R. Mahoney and Patricia A. (Tim) Miller both of Covington, Indiana; Kathleen(Greg)Bailey of Terre Haute, Indiana and Michael J.(Teresa)Mahoney, II of Covington, Indiana; seven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; one sister, Betty Nagel of Chicago, Illinois, and several nieces and nephews. Marie was preceded in death by three grandchildren, two sisters and two brothers.

Marie was a retired welder from General Electric in Danville, Illinois. She was a member of the Cayuga Presbyterian Church. Marie enjoyed golfing, fishing, bowling and camping.
