Marie A. Neal

Danville Marie Annette Neal, 73, of Danville passed away at OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center in Danville on March 22, 2020 at 5:10 PM.

Marie was born on April 10, 1946 the daughter of Billy and Anna (DeLorenzo) Martin in Utica, NY. She married Charles Neal on July 21, 1978 in Danville and he preceded her in death on June 25, 2015.

Survivors include her sons, Patrick (Mary) Snodgrass of Danville, IL, Cody Snodgrass of Orange County, CA, her daughters, Carlene Butler of Danville, IL and Alisa (Bob Tavares) Snodgrass of Cleveland, OH, her brother LaMonte (Barbara) Martin of Griffin IN, five grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren, one great great-grandchild as well as special friends, Albert Snodgrass of Danville, IL and Jack R. Andrews of Tilton, IL.

Marie is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Charles, one infant child, one granddaughter and one grandson.

Marie was a member of Vermilion Valley Vineyard Church. She enjoyed traveling and has visited several States and special landmarks like, Garden of the Gods, Little Big Horn and many others. Marie also enjoyed her trips to the hairdresser, sneaking a donut every now and then, and her TV programs, especially NCIS and other law enforcement shows.

Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St. Danville, Illinois 61834 is assisting the family with arrangements.
