Marianna Beasley, 85, of Danville, passed away at 8:33 a.m. Thursday, December 29th, 2011 at Provena United Samaritans Medical Center. Marianna was born on February 12TH, 1926, in East Lynn, Illinois, the daughter of Charles and Blanche (Humbert) LeSaux. She married Bill R. Beasley on February 29th, 1979 in Tilton. He survives. She is also survived by three sons- David Allen (Karen) Wright of Bismarck, Daniel (Janet) Wright of Bismarck and Dwayne Arthur Wright of Kent, Washington; four grandchildren- Beau (Renee) Wright, Nicolas (Ariel) Wright, Chelsea (Tony) Foster and Jacob (Danielle) Wright; great-grandchildren- Athena Wright; one brother- James LeSaux; one sister- Lena Oberlander of Florida; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers- Robert LeSaux and Charles "Pete" LeSaux, and one sister- Ruth Staley. Marianna graduated from East Lynn High School. She worked at Tee Pak Credit Union as a manager for 20 years, until retiring in 1988. She enjoyed flowers, traveling, collecting bears, refinishing old furniture and working on her family genealogy from Jersey Island, England. She also enjoyed attending wood carving shows with Bill and the Kickapoo Carvers. She always made Christmas gifts for the grandchildren. Private family services were held on January 1st, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, a Life Celebration Home. She was laid to rest in Sunset Memorial Park. Memorials may be made in Marianna's name to the donor's choice.
