Margaret Ostrander

Margaret M. Ostrander, 76, of Georgetown passed away at 6:45 p.m. Saturday January 27, 2007 at North Logan Health Care Center. She was born on May 14, 1930 in Warren, OH the daughter of Edward H. and Dolly G. Walton Meehan. She married Joseph J. Ostrander on August 9, 1947 in Warren, OH. He preceded her in death on July 14, 1988. Survivors include: one son, James (Connie) Ostrander of Georgetown, one daughter, Debra (James) Burke of Kingman, IN, one brother, Richard (Joan) Meehan of Warren, OH, seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Linda Castillo, a grandchild, Carlos A. Castillo Jr., a great grandchild, three brothers, Edward, Robert, and Francis, and one sister, Loretta. Margaret was a past member of the Danville VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
