Margaret Nadine Berlin

Margaret Nadine Berlin, 96, of Danville Illinois, passed away on Friday January 4, 2013 at the Provena United Samaritans Medical Center in Danville Il. Nadine was born on May 24, 1916 to Albert and Blanch (Smith) Traphagen in Danville. Nadine is survived by sons - Kennthen H.L. , Robert, and Butch Dicken, Jerry (Becky) Leibrandt, Harold Allen, George and Robert Clawson, daughters Francis Wayne Hochken, Harriet (Robert) Johnson, Carol Huff, and Jean Esterbrook, sister Maxine Kelly, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, nephew Brad (Dana) Wheeler and special friend Dorothy. Nadine was preceded in death by her parents, son Robert Huff, sister Mildred Wheeler and an infant son. A lifelong resident of Danville Nadine worked for both Green Thrumb and the hospital as part of the housekeeping staff. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and later great-grandchildren, and will be missed by all those who knew her. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday January 9, 2013 in the chapel at Sunset Memorial Park in Danville with a luncheon to follow. Memorials in Nadine's name may be sent to the family. Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home is in charge of arrangements.
