Margaret 'Maggie' A. Little

Cayuga, Ind. - Margaret "Maggie" A. Little, 78, of Cayuga passed away at 6:52 p.m. EST Monday, December 17, 2018 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana.

She was born December 17, 1940 in Cayuga, Indiana the daughter of the late Thelma Muriel (Howminski) Byrd.

Maggie married James Keith Little on August 7, 1961 in Kingman, Indiana. He survives.

Other survivors include her son: Keith (Barbara) Little of Kingman, Indiana; two grandchildren: Kirsten and Josh Little; seven sisters: Nancy Perry of Newport, Indiana; Clhoriss (Otto) Julick of Cayuga, Indiana; Doris Heild of Rockfalls, Illinois; Bonnie (Fred) Seilhymer of Prophetstown, Illinois; Brenda (Mark) Doering and April (Ronald) Robnett of Rockfalls, Illinois and Melinda Newman of Prophetstown, Illinois, and one brother: Ted (Kim) Muller of Rockfalls, Illinois.

Maggie was preceded in death by her sister, Connie Conrad.

Maggie was a 1958 graduate of Cayuga High School. She formerly worked for the Telephone Company and General Electric in Danville, Illinois. Maggie enjoyed fishing, working in her yard, her pets and spending time with her grandchildren.

There will be no public services. A private family service and inurnment of cremains will be held at a later date. Contributions may be made to the Parke/Vermillion Humane Society, 1884 South State Road 63, Hillsdale, Indiana 47854. DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana is assisting the family with arrangements.
