Marcus D. Neal 51 of Danville IL, resided in Hartford City IN. Passed away at 4:19 AM on Friday, September 29, 2017 at Ball Memorial Hospital with his family by his side. He was born on October 26, 1965 in Danville IL. Marcus was the Son of Arthur and Mandy Neal. He was united in marriage to Gerri (Clark) Neal on June 26, 1990. Marcus was the father of Marcus Priest of Tilton IL, Matthew (Kayla) Neal of Hartford City IN, Mariah Neal also of Hartford City IN, 2 added kids Max Gorham and Andrea Brookshire of Selma IN, 2 grandchildren and 1 added grandchild, 1 sister Trina Judy of Potomac IL, 1 brother Rodney Neal of Danville IL. Marcus was preceded in death by Mother Mandy Neal, Father Arthur Neal, Brothers Arthur Neal JR. and Gregory Neal, Sister Kimberly Neal and his grandparents. Marcus loved his career as a PLC engineer, he also enjoyed hunting, fishing and woodworking as hobbies. Most of all Marcus loved spending time with his family and worshiping our father. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2PM Thursday October 5, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center 3940 N. Vermilion St. in Danville. Visitation will be held prior from 12-2PM. Officiating will be Johnny Crane. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery in Danville. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
