Marcia Cooper

Marcia Cooper, 59, of Covington passed away at her home with family by her side on Friday April 20, 2018. Marcia was born on February 26, 1959 in Danville, IL the daughter of Lowell and Betty (Steward) Osborn. Marcia married the love of her life Shaun Cooper on June 25, 1977. He survives. Together Marcia and Shaun had two children, Joe Cooper and Megan Cooper Easter. Also surviving Marcia is her parents, two brothers; Eric (Lisa) Osborn and Tracey (Colleen) Osborn. Marcia was preceded in death by one brother, Joe Osborn. Marcia worked at TEEPAK, also as a Manager at Wendy's and for the last ten plus years she has worked for the Fountain County Highway department in their office. Marcia could be found cheering on her favorite NFL football team, the Indianapolis Colts, any time they were playing. She also enjoyed watching NASCAR. Most of all, Marcia enjoyed the time she spent with her family and friends. A celebration of Marcia's life will be held at 1:00pm (EST) on Tuesday April 24, 2018 at Sunset's Covington Chapel 420 3rd St. Covington, IN. Burial to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery in Covington. Visitation for Marcia will be on Tuesday April 24, 2018 from 11:00am-1:00pm (EST) at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be given in Marcia's name to Covington Food Pantry.
