Madelene June "Zsa Zsa" Fauver, 83, of Coral Springs, FL, formerly of Danville passed away peacefully at 9:14 a.m., Monday November 22, 2004 at Northwest Regional Hospital, Margate, Florida. She had been seriously ill for two weeks. Madelene was born June 14, 1921 in Danville to Francisco "Frank" and Georgia (Sherman) Spinello. She married Francis Eugene "Gene" Fauver on October 6, 1939 in Covington, IN. They were married sixty years until his death on December 30, 1999. Shortly after, she left Danville to reside with her son and wife in Coral Springs, Florida. She is survived by one son -Jerry (Twyla) Fauver of Coral Springs, FL; one daughter-in-law- Joy Fauver Haglund of Boynton Beach, FL; five grandchildren Jody (Martin) Wendt of Kittery, ME, Darin (Jennifer) Fauver, of Miami Lakes, FL, Jeff (Susan) Fauver of Catlin, IL,Paige (David) Turnbow of Orlando, FL, and Jamie Fauver of Danville, ten great-grandchildren- Misty, Ben, Lesley Wendt, Clayton, Colton, Caleb and Linzi Fauver, Hannah and Chloe Fauver, and Keaton Turnbow; two sisters-in-law- Mildred (William) Standwich of Danville and Vivian Maxine Bush of Covington, IN, one brother-in-law- Joseph Michalski of Las Vegas,NV and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son Richard Eugene "Genie"Fauver in 1986, two sisters- Lorraine Michalski and Maxine Grupp. Madeline enjoyed being a homemaker and mother. She had many friends and always had everyone around her laughing. She especially enjoyed children. When she became a grandmother she declared herself to be known as "Zsa Zsa" and it stayed with her the rest of her life. She spent many hours working difficult contest puzzles, always hoping to win the "big prize". She and Gene belonged to the Vermilion Fishing Club.
