M. Louise Tribbey

Danville- M. Louise Tribbey died June 22, 2011 at the Hawthorne Inn of Danville. She was born May 28, 1920, the daughter of Otis Earl and Cora Mae Brown. A graduate of Rankin High School, Mrs. Tribbey lived most of her adult life in the Madison, WI area. She retired from Ohio Chemical Company and Zimbrick Buick. She also worked at Osco Drug at Market Place Mall in Champaign. She is survived by sisters M. LaVerne Rollins of Champaign, Virginia G. Hatfield of Champaign, and Freda E. Walter of Danville and sister-in-law Elzada Brown of Westville. She leaves many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death are her parents and brothers William Elwood Brown, Earl Eugene Brown, and Leland Wayne Brown. Mrs. Tribbey loved travel, golf, and taking long walks. Friends and family remember her fun-loving and adventuresome spirit. A service to celebrate the life of Louise Tribbey will be held at 11 AM on Monday, June 27, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home in Danville.
