M. Bernice Sprouls

Martha Bernice Sprouls, 92, of Georgetown, passed away at 10:25am on June 21st, 2004, while at her home. Bernice was born the daughter of the late Oliver and Sarah (Reffett) Hensley in Hawbuck, IL, on February 19th, 1912. She married Raymond A. Sprouls who preceded her in death. Nine brothers & sisters also preceded her in death Survivors include: her nieces, Lois Palfi, Doris Balchuk, Fonda Cox, Joan Knight, and Sally Potter; her nephews, Leroy Hensley, Cash Pridemore, Marshall Pridemore, Jack Pridemore; her special friends, Charles W. Jenkins and Mary Kocurek. Bernice's life as a homemaker included being an active supporter in Animal Rights Causes, a past member of the American Legion Women's Auxillary, a past member of the Eastern Star, a founder of the McKendree Cemetery Association, and a member of the Friends Church. She enjoyed fishing, cherished her dog, and was devoted to the Lord.
