Lucille Gudauskay

Lucille Gudauskay, 88, of Danville, passed away at 6:35 a.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2005 at Provena USMC - Logan Campus in Danville. She was born October 25, 1916 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of David Leo and Edna Vera (Calberg) Watson. She married Max Andrew Gudauskay on June 29, 1937 in Danville. Max preceded her in death on March 24, 2001. Lucille is survived by: 1 Sister- Betty Trosper of Danville; 1 Sister-in-law- Delores Watson of Tilton; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, 1 Brother- Harold Watson and 2 Sisters - Maxine Conley and one in infancy. She worked for General Electric for over 20 years, retiring in 1975. She attended Danville Alliance Church. She was an avid bowler and enjoyed sewing, fishing and gardening. She especially loved her dog "Susie". She and her husband Max traveled extensively, and enjoyed many trips together prior to his death. Lucille took great pride in her home and enjoyed being a homemaker
