Lucile Engel

Lucile Engel, age 86, of Danville, passed away on Friday, December 22, 2006 at her home. She was born February 24, 1920 in Danville the daughter of Glenn and Nellie (Edwards) Kirkpatrick. She married Frank M. Engel. He preceded her in death on August 15, 2006. Lucile is survived by her daughter: Eva Landers of Danville; two sisters: Mildred (Glen) Huffman of Bismarck, Dora Jacobson of Danville; two grandchildren: Tim (Chris) Landers of Danville, Connie (Troy) Pearson of Danville; and four great grandchildren: T.J. Pearson, Ryan Pearson and Morgan Landers all of Danville Tyson Pearson USMC stationed in North Carolina and by two nieces and a nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Frank, one brother: Ray Kirkpatrick, one grandson: Kim Landers, one son-in-law: William Landers and one brother-in-law: Richard Jacobson. Lucile was a homemaker for most of her life. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and doing crafts. She loved spending time with her family. Lucile was a member of the Bowman Avenue Methodist Church.
