Loyal Foote

Loyal Wayne Foote Sr., 46, of Danville passed away at 9:15 P.M., Thursday, September 13, 2007 in West Lebanon, Indiana. He was born December 26, 1960 in Danville, the son of Herbert W. and Nina J. (Abston) Foote. He married Patricia L. Land in 1982, in Danville. He later married Melinda D. Harris on November 14, 1997 in Riverton, Wyoming. Loyal is also survived by three sons Loyal Wayne Foote Jr., Brent Michael Foote and Herbert Foote, both of Haines City, Florida and one daughter, Cheyenne Foote of Danville, one granddaughter Alexia Foote, and seven brothers, Lowell (Kathy) Foote of Pavillion, Wyoming, Forrest Foote of Westville, James Foote of Mansfield, Missouri, Bruce Foote of Metcalf, Mark (Chris) Foote and Alva (Jamie) Foote, both of Danville. He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert and son, Gage. Loyal worked in the retail grocery business. He was a past member of the Danville Jaycees and enjoyed roller skating. A celebration of life for Loyal Wayne Foote, Sr. will be held at 2:00 P. M. Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 3940 N. Vermilion St., with Pastor Steven Lynn Harris officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 1:00-5:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 18, 2007 at the funeral home.
