Lori L. Overmier

Lori L. (Taylor) Overmier, 61, of Danville passed away at home on March 16, 2020.

She was born in Danville, IL on February 4, 1959, the daughter of Robert and Madeline "Jean" Taylor.

Lori is survived by her children; Shannon (Bryan) Bell of Plainfield, IL, Cory (Sarah Nightlinger) Overmier of Danville, IL, Catlin (Brooke Shirey) Overmier of Danville, IL; granddaughter Madison Bell; sister Ellen Saveley of Champaign, IL; sister-in-law Nancy Taylor of Danville; admired aunt Maru Nolan of Danville, IL; former husband Les Overmier of Bismarck IL; beloved nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews; and cherished cousins who were also her lifelong friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Bruce Taylor, and her brother-in-law Bob Saveley.

Lori attended Danville High School. She spent the majority of her career working for K-mart in Danville, IL and later for the Center for Children Services. She enjoyed music, shopping, reading, crafts, and spending time with cherished family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at a date to be determined. Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville 3940 North Vermilion St. Danville, IL 61834 is in charge of arrangements.
