Lori Jean Luca

Lori Jean Luca, 60, of Westville and formerly of Milford, passed away unexpectedly at home on October 24, 2023. She was born on August 6, 1963 in Watseka to parents Norman and Mary Louise Doud. She grew up in Milford and attended school there. She spent over 15 years working at Caseys, first in Milford and then in Westville.

Lori is survived by her spouse Joel Arseneau of over 30 years also of Westville, her daughter Amanda (Lauren) Luca, and two granddaughters Peyton and Reese Luca of Westville. She also leaves behind her sisters Tonya (Mark) Merritt of OFallon and Michele Gray of Hoopeston, several nieces and nephews, and all her many fur babies. In addition to her parents, Lori is also preceded in death by her brother Jon Kelly Doud.

Lori loved spending time outdoors whether it was fishing, mowing, gardening, or working on vehicles. She also loved to cook, but most importantly, Lori loved spending time with her granddaughters.
