Lori is survived by her sister Debbie (Mike) Burghart and her niece Kristi Burghart; two step brothers David Samuel Haun of Champaign and Ronald Haun of Danville, also her dog Chloe. Lori leaves behind her best friend Jackie (Jerry) Tevebaugh and many other special friends, Lori never met a stranger and loved to talk to people. Lori was preceded in death by her parents and her long time companion Rodney Roessler. To say Lori was a workaholic is an understatement. She loved to be busy working, whether at Circle K or at the David S. Palmer Arena. In the summer she ran the Concessions at Winterview Girls Softball Park, where she was a board member. She also worked at Ks for over 20 years. She did procrastinate and was stubborn, but was always doing things. Lori loved to watch her niece in all the sports she played. She also enjoyed going to the Cover Bridge Festival with her friends and family. A Celebration of Loris life will be at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center on Saturday January 24, 2015 at 4:00 pm. A visitation will be at the funeral home from 2:00pm until time of service. The family requests, in lieu of flowers, memorials be made in Loris name to her family or Vermilion County Animal Shelter. Please join Loris family in sharing pictures, video and memories on her tribute wall at www.sunsetfuneralhome.com
