Loren Richard Youngren, 60, of Urbana passed away Monday, May 11, 2015 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. Born March 6, 1955 in Peoria, Illinois he was the son of Loyd and Janice (Fredericks) Humble. He married Deanna Dalton on May 8, 2015 in Urbana. Loren was a Union Laborer for the Local 703. He was a member of the Vineyard Christian Church, and he was an Election Judge for Champaign County. Loren enjoyed fishing, camping and racing dirt track stock cars. He also loved any time he was able to spend with his grandkids. Survivors include his wife, Deanna Dalton of Urbana; three children, Randall (Brandi) Youngren of Kokomo, IN, Amy (Ben) Scamehorn of York, NE, and Susan (Joshua) Richardson of Baldwin City, KS; three step daughters, Lori (Steve) Napier, Misteria (Ryan) Snyder, and Tiffany (Frank) Fisher , all of Champaign; five grandchildren, Gavin Quackenbush, Gia Youngren, Drake Scamehorn, Gracely Youngren and Jackson Scamehorn; and five step grandchildren, Katherine Snyder, Matthew Snyder, Charles Snyder, Emily Snyder and LeAnn Napier. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a grandson, Gabriel Quackenbush. A service to celebrate Loren's life will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home, 710 N. Neil St. Champaign, IL. The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. A memorial has been established at the funeral home in Loren's name to assist with funeral expenses.
