Lisa Lane

Danville Lisa Lane, 63, of Danville, IL passed away at 8:20 am on November 15, 2022 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.

Lisa was born on June 24, 1959 the daughter of Robert and Carole (Connor) Patterson in Danville, IL. She married Steven E. Lane on September 4, 1993 in Danville, IL and he survives.

Lisa is survived by her husband, Steven E. Lane of Danville, IL, one son, Josh (Lizzy Lerner) Lane of Danville, IL, her sister-in-law, Ellen (Mark) Monson of Catlin, IL and her mother-in-law, Janice Lane of Danville, IL as well as her beloved dog, "Prunella".

Lisa is preceded in death by her parents and father-in-law, Farrell Lane.

Lisa is a member of Vermilion Heights Christian Church and was retired from Quaker Oats/PepsiCo where she worked as a Quality Analyst for many years. She was an avid fan of the Wizard of Oz and enjoyed spending her free time crafting, making jewelry, as well as collecting and displaying vintage Christmas decorations.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at Vermilion Heights Christian Church, 725 Oakwood Ave, Danville, Illinois, 61832. Rod Godley will officiate. Visitation will be held from 5-7:00 PM on Monday, November 21, 2022 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St. Danville, Illinois 61834.

Memorials may be made in Lisas memory to the Vermilion Heights Christian Church.
