Lisa A. Depratt

Lisa A. Depratt, 44, of Catlin, passed away at 3:27 PM Sunday, July 29, 2012 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. Lisa was born on September 23, 1967 in Danville, the daughter of Kenneth and Anne (Butler) Tucker. She was previously married to James Depratt. He survives. She is survived by her mother- Anne Tucker, one son-Adam Depratt, one daughter- Megan Depratt, two brothers- Kerry (Terri) Tucker of Beach Grove, IN, James (Gayle) Tucker of Bloomington, IL and two nieces- Dianna and Maddie Tucker. She was preceded in death by her father and one brother- Kevin Tucker. Lisa was a graduate of Oakwood High School then went on to get her Master's in Education from Eastern Illinois University. She taught in the Westville School District for 15 years, most recently at Judith Giacoma Grade School. She loved teaching and especially watching her kid's athletic events. A Celebration of Lisa's Life will be held on Friday, August 3, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home in Danville with Pastor Patti Wise officiating. A visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 PM on Thursday, August 2, 2012 at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery.
