Linda Sue Wright

Linda Wright, 68, passed away on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center in Danville. She was born on June 12, 1953, the daughter of William and Jennie (Davidson) Wright.

Linda is survived by her two children, Todd (Farrah) Wright and Stacey (Chester) Ezernack; six grandchildren, Ora May, Gaige, Alex, Aaliyah, Todd Jr., Sam, and Abel; one sister, Connie (Bill) Devore; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding Linda in death include her parents; two brothers, William Wright and Terry Wright; and one sister, Sharon Henricks.

Linda was a single mother and worked as a factory worker at Central States Distribution Center for 30+ years. She played the role of mother and father and despite struggles she always proved a warm and loving home for her family.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St. Danville, Illinois 61834. Officiating will be Pastor James Blue. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park in Danville. Visitation will be held just prior to the service from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
