Linda Sue Gosser

Savoy - Linda Sue Gosser, 74, passed away at Accolade Health Care on Monday August 5, 2024.

Sue was born to Donald W McGiles and Gertrude Wyatt McGiles on September 13, 1949 in Urbana, IL.

Sue earned a degree in education from Eastern Illinois University. She was a very accomplished artist working as a visual merchandiser following school and, in the Champaign, and Urbana school districts for several years.

She is survived by her brother Dennis McGiles of Ft Myers, FL, nephews Michael McGiles (Joyce) of Jacksonville, IL, Mark McGiles (Janna) of Monticello IL, and Matthew McGiles (Kathy) of Champaign, IL, Several nieces, nephews, great nephews, cousins and a very dear friend, Chris Whippo of Champaign, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister-in-law Rose Mary McGiles and a brother Michael Hammer.

There will be no visitation, a private family service will take place at a later date.
