Linda Lu Ann Richardson

Linda Lu ann Price Richardson passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at her home in Cayuga Indiana. During the last days of illness she was attended to by her cousins Teresa Ard, Patricia Penrod and Susan Rogers with the most tender and loving care. They were at her bedside as well as her husband, Richard, mother Nora Price, Aunt Carolyn Rogers and her cousin Jim Rogers when she passed away. She was beloved by husband, Richard Richardson and her mother Nora Price, who survive. Her father, William Price, preceded her in death.

She was born September 14, 1958. She married Richard Richardson April 28, 2002 and she spent many happy days on the back of his motorcycle. Richard called her 'Princess' and in return she affectionally called him "Husband".

She was very artistic. She loved to draw, do various crafts and crocheted beautiful rag rugs. In healthier days she loved to travel. She loved kitties her entire life having baptized a few when she was a little girl. Linda will be missed by the stray kitties in the neighborhood but especially her kitty Violet whom she occasionally referred to as Miss Violent.

Lindas family would like to lend a special thanks to Hospice, especially Marie and April her nurses.

Per her wishes, cremation rites were accorded by Sunset Funeral Homes DeVerter Chapel in Cayuga. A Celebration of Lindas Life will be held at a later date. Her final resting place will be at Miller Cemetery in Lodhi. In lieu of flowers, any donations could be made in her name to the Vermilion Handicap Association or just go out and feed and comfort a stray a kitty.
