Linda J. Swim

Covington, Ind. -- Linda J. Swim, 65, of rural Covington, Indiana, passed away at 7:43 p.m. EDT Friday, June 6, 2008 at her residence in rural Covington, Indiana. She was born December 7, 1942 in Clinton, Indiana, the daughter of the late Wayne and Martha Boswell Cole. Survivors include: two sons, Robert S. Swim of Austin, Texas and Tony(Michelle)Swim of Horn Lake, Mississippi; one sister, Elaine Barlett of Memphis, Tennessee and one brother, Jim Cole of Indianapolis, Indiana. Linda was a homemaker. She was a 1960 graduate of Perrysville High School and a 1973 graduate of Danville Junior College receiving a A.A.S Degree in nursing. There will be no services. Burial of cremains will be held at a later date. Contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105. DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana in charge of arrangements.
