Leland Walton

Tilton- Leland Clark Walton, 63, of Tilton died at 11:30 AM on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at Provena United Samaritans Medical Center in Danville. He was born on November 13, 1948 in Danville to Edward B. and Leola Louise Devors Walton. Surviving are a brother, Ed Walton; two sisters, Linda Fosdick and Carol (Harold) Jackson; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Don, and one niece and nephew. Leland was an animal lover and an avid collector. He loved travelling, having lived in several different states. Leland was also a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. A service to celebrate the life of Leland Walton will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Danville. Bishop Bill Fulton will officiate. Burial will follow at Johnson Cemetery in Danville. Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM on Tuesday, March 20, also at the Church.
