Laura K. Galyen

Laura K. (Landers) Galyen 44 of Danville passed away at 8:26 pm Monday November 7, 2005 at her home. She was born November 18, 1960 in Danville the daughter of Raymond and Camille Smith Landers. Laura was formerly married to Jerry Galyen on July 5, 1997 in Danville. Surviving are: her parents Raymond and Camille Landers of Danville, two sisters Donna (Curtis) Miller of Lafayette, In, Rhonda (Drew) Rich of Danville, one step-son James Galyen of Perrysville, In, a step-daughter Carol (Jason) Matthews of Hoopeston, one step-grandson Jason Matthews, Nieces and nephews; Anna (Dustin) Rice, John and Joe Miller, Joselyn Landers, Dalton Rich and Courtney Budnovich. She was preceded in death by her son Michael McClain Chambers also known as Big Mac. Laura had worked in the Dietary Dept at Provena USMC Hospital for several years, she enjoyed NASCAR racing and was a devoted fan of Dale Earnhardt SR. She was a wonderful mother and homemaker, also loved Cardinal Baseball.
