Larry Ringstrom

Larry Allen Ringstrom, age 75, of Danville, passed away at 7:05 am on Friday, December 07, 2007 at the VA Illiana Health Care System in Danville. He was born July 10, 1932 in Danville the son of Lawrence and Emma (Irwin) Ringstrom. He served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He worked as a salesman in the lumber industry. Ole LR enjoyed life, he liked tooling around town in his truck, and he loved his kids, all of them. His grandson Preston was the apple of his eye. Larry loved being around people, doing a lot of laughing, enjoyed sports, especially basketball, and several other vises. Larrys presence will be missed, but his suffering is over. As usually, he laughed, he loved, he left. A celebration of life memorial service will be held for Larry at 1:00 pm on Monday, December 10, 2007 at the VA Chapel in Danville.
