Larry Michael Bowling

Larry Michael "Mike" Bowling, 72, of Kokomo, formerly of Kingman, passed away at 3:05 EDT Monday, April 11, 2016 at Aperion Care in Kokomo. He was born September 24, 1943 in Cates, IN a son of Marvin W. "Wick" and Kathleen A. "Kass" (Campbell) Bowling. He is survived by a daughter, Sandy (Derek) Sherrick of Russiaville, IN, a son, Brad (Sheila) Bowling of Woodstock, GA, a sister, Glenda (Raymond) Richardson of Kingman, a brother, Jack (Mary) Bowling of Covington, a sister-in-law, Donna Bowling of Crawfordsville, grandchildren, Brad (Julie) Majors, Tanya (Gordon) Morgan, Rachel Bowling, Alison (Josiah) Rushing and Matthew Bowling and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Bowling, Jr. Mike farmed in Tipton County for many years before retiring to move to Cates to care for his mother. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding his ATV. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 15, 2016 at DeVerter Funeral Home with Pastor Dusty Woodrow officiating.
