Kevin Lewis

Kevin Lewis Sr., 54, of Georgetown, passed away at 5:19pm, Sunday, January 6, 2013, at Carle Hospital, Urbana. He was born on August 1, 1958, the son of Charles A. and Betty {Wells} Lewis in Danville, IL. He will be dearly missed by: his parents, Charles & Betty Lewis of Georgetown; his sons, Kevin Lewis Jr. of Danville, IN, and Kody Lewis of Lafayette, IN; his grandchild, Bradyn Lewis of Danville, IN; his brother, Dennis (Mary) Lewis of Georgetown; and his girlfriend, Debbie Clifford of Westville. Kevin was a heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed going fishing and hunting mushrooms. He really enjoyed hunting for Indian artifacts and grilling out with friends and family. A celebration of Kevin's life will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, January 12, 2012, at Sunset-Urbas Funeral Chapel, Westville, with Paul Delvalley officiating. Visitation will be 4p-7p, Friday, January 11, 2012, at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest in Sandusky Cemetery, Westville. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be welcomed to help purchase a headstone.
