Kevin L. West

Kevin West, 44, of Danville, IL passed away suddenly at 7:14 p.m. on September 7, 2016 at Presence United Samaritans Medical Center. Kevin was born December 1, 1971 to Karen (George) and Robert "Bob" West. He married in March of 1995 to Dannielle West. In that marriage they had two children, Austin (Tori) West and Courtney (Meeks) West. He had two sisters, Kim (Steve) Cotten and Karla (Jerry) Norwell. He has several nieces and nephews and he also has a future grandchild, Adalyn Jo "AJ" West due February 2017. He was preceded in death by both grandparents, parents and one nephew. Kevin was a graduate of Danville High School. He loved all sports and was an avid bowler in several leagues and tournaments. He enjoyed watching the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears. Kevin also enjoyed spending time with family and friends. A celebration of Kevin's life will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center 3940 North Vermilion St. Danville IL, 61834 with Pastor Ryan Harris officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 12, 2016 from 4:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home. Entombment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park in Danville.
