Kevin Gene Noggle

Kevin Gene Noggle, 54, of Georgetown, passed away at 5:23 pm on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at Carle Foundation Hospital with his family by his side. He was born November 12th, 1969, the son of Vernal and Patricia (Morgan) Noggle. Kevin is survived by his 2 sons, Logan Noggle of Cayuga, Indiana and Landen (Mikala Urbanski) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; 1 brother, Steve (Tina) Noggle of Manteno, Illinois; 1 grandson, Luxten Forrest Noggle; Nephew Carter (Maddie Hall) Noggle of Manteno, IL; and niece, Chantel (Sam) Billman of Champaign, Il, along with many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Vernal, on April 8th of 2015.

Kevin was a 1987 Graduate of Georgetown-Ridge Farm High School. Immediately after graduation he worked with his father, Vernal, and his grandfather, Forrest, on the family farm. He also helped other local farmers during his days as a seed dealer for Becks Hybrids.

Kevin enjoyed watching his boys at all their sporting events, especially their motorcross adventures. He was an avid sports fan, and especially enjoyed cooking for others. He attended Hope Community Church in rural Georgetown. Kevin was known for his caring and generous demeanor, and he never met a stranger. He would give anyone the shirt off his back.

A celebration of Kevins life will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, June 19th, 2024, at Sunset Funeral Home, 200 E West St., Georgetown, Illinois with Steve Pearson officiating. Visitation will be held from 4-7 pm Tuesday, June 18th, 2024, at the funeral home. Kevin will be laid to rest near his father at Forest Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the family for the future education of Kevins grandson, Luxten Forrest Noggle.
