Kenneth Sivier

MAHOMET- Kenneth Sivier died on December 23, 2014 at his home following an extended illness. Kenneth was born on December 10, 1928 in Standish Michigan. He is survived by his wife, Martha; children, Jonathan of Champaign, Katherine Engelhard of Palatine, Robert of Columbus, OH, Steven of Albuquerque, NM, Joanne Wright of Brentwood, MO, and Sarah Bliss of Kirkwood, MO; and ten grandchildren. Kenneth earned an undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan, a Masters degree at Princeton University, and a PhD at the University of Michigan. He retired from the University of Illinois Aerospace Engineering Department in 1993. A private family celebration of his life will be followed by cremation.
