Kenneth L. Nolan

Kenneth Nolan, 64, of Westville, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2013, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana. He was born on June 28, 1949, in Williamsport, IN the son of William Grant and Betty Lou (Kinny) Nolan. Kenneth married Louise Bean on December 30, 1976 in Georgetown. She survives. He will also be greatly missed by his daughter, Tina Louise (Jeff English) Nolan of Georgetown; Step-son, Troy Hathaway of Ft. Wayne, IN; three grandchildren, Gage Hathaway, KateLynn Sullivan and Karlee Sullivan; two Brothers, John (Joyce) Nolan and Randy Nolan, both of Danville; one sister, Kelly Boyle of Danville; many cousins, nieces and nephews. Kenneth was preceded in death by his dad, William; one sister, Cheryl LaTourett, Brothers, Billy Nolan, William Nolan and Russell Nolan and one nephew, Travis Messenger. On Sunday afternoons, you would find Kenneth in his easy chair, with the television tuned to ESPN. Kenneth was Tony Stewarts biggest fan and proudly sported the #14. He loved to attend auctions and rarely missed one. Kenneths family was his greatest treasure and he enjoyed spoiling his children and grandchildren. A celebration of Kenneths life will be held at 8:00 pm, Sunday, December 8, 2013 at Sunset-Urbas Funeral Chapel, Westville with Jack Bean officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday, from 7:00 pm until the time of service. Burial will be on Monday at 12:00 noon at Danville National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Nolan family to assist with expenses during this difficult time.
