Kenneth Eads

Kenneth W. Eads, 67, of Tilton, passed away at 4:05 pm on Monday, April 23, 2007 at Provena USMC Logan Campus. Kenneth was born on November 17, 1939 in Shiloh Co., IL. the son of Thomas and Mamie Irene Powell Eads. On March 13, 1964 he married Jane Nixon in Vermilion Co. She survives along with their children Kenneth W. ( Iona) Eads II of Danville,Il, George Allen (Jenney) Eads of Nashville,Tn., and Angela (Corey) Audirsch; grandfather of Candice Williamson, Brandice Eads, Troy Eads, Heather and Megan Eads, Cheyene Audirsch and Elizabeth Eads and great grandfather of Angelo Hall, Iziah Eads, Destini Eads, Kyrstin McCabe, Marlon Williams, Madison McCabe, Troy Eads and Kalissia Starks; Brother of Thomas Eads Jr. of New Brocken,Al., Michael Eads of Tilton, Lois Rice of Georgetown, and Carol Dukes of Paris; Uncle on many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his parents, sister Bertha Mae Eads and twin siblings Connie and Ronnie Eads.Kenneth retired from General Motors where he was a core processor. Kenneth was a faithful Nascar fan always ready for each race. He also enjoyed fishing, camping, and playing card games, poker ,solitare, and rumicube and dice. He will always be in the hearts of his loved ones. A celebration of Kenneths life will be held at 10:00am on Thursday April 26,2007 at Sunset Funeral Home & Cremation Center. Officiating Pastor James Ford. Interment Springhill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday April 25, 2007 from 4-7:00pm at the funeral home.
