Dana, Ind. - Kenneth E. Fulton, 75, of rural Dana, passed away at 9:24 p.m. EST Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at his residence.
He was born on May 9, 1943 the son of the late Harry and Sarah (Dalzell) Fulton.
Kenneth married Barbara K. Patchett on October 17, 1965 in Dennison, Illinois. She survives.
Other survivors include his children: Bridgit Maple of Armstrong, Illinois; Sandy Fulton of Mooresville, Indiana and Amanda (Scott) Watson of Brazil, Indiana; eight grandchildren; three great granddaughters; four sisters: Lyla K. Shelton of Paris, Illinois; Janice Littleton of Marshall, Illinois; Donna Stanfield of Greenville, South Carolina and Joyce Hoffman of Paris, Illinois.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his sister: Pat Brewer.
Kenneth retired from General Motors in Tilton, Illinois. He later served with the Vermillion County Sheriffs Department as a reserve deputy and jailer. Kenneth was proud to be a veteran serving with the United States Marine Corps. He enjoyed gardening, fishing and riding his motorcycle.
Funeral services: 2 p.m. EST Monday, January 21, 2019 at DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana; Officiating: Pastor John Goldfuss; Burial with Honors: Walnut Grove Cemetery in Clinton, Indiana; Visitation: Noon EST Monday, January 21, 2019 until time of services at the funeral home.
